  • Training Leading with Happiness;  gives leaders the knowledge and tools needed to create a happy and productive workplace. It covers insights from research that are eye opening and provides practical tools for anyone who wants to find more happiness at work or across their organization. From better performance and innovation to higher productivity and career success; from retention of top talent to increased customer loyalty, this training focuses on actionable strategies for boosting happiness at work individually, in teams, and organization-wide.

 

  • Training Mental Fitness for an optimized workplace:  Mental fitness is about training and strengthening the mind to be able to manage the stress and anxiety that come from uncertainties and expectations in order to respond effectively to pressure, opportunities and challenges. On an organizational level, mental fitness training can help increase focus and resolve problems efficiently. In fact, organizations with employees that are self-aware, mindful, and focused are likely to succeed better and achieve their goals.

 

  • Workshop – The PERMAV Model: PERMAV is a model theorized by Dr. Martin Seligman, the father of positive psychology, which outlines the characteristics of a “flourishing” individual. Seligman identifies 6 components that contribute to enhancing well-being and building resilience in individuals.  This practical session provides strategies to increase each element. Participants will gain a full understanding of those elements and the variety of intentional activities can boost and maximize Flourishing, therefore reduce anxiety and stress. Session includes questions that create insights and a supportive questionnaire to assess PERMAV in life. 

 

  • Happiness at work 1-1 Consultation: Dedicated 60 minutes’ one-to-one session for individuals who want to take charge of their own happiness at work and need support in fulfilling their potential, deriving meaning, determining the roadblocks for success, set their career direction and accomplish their goals. Inquire about the 8 weeks’ program covering strategies to solve procrastination, to increase focus, enhance creativity and physical vibrancy and master your communication.

 

  • Masterclasses: Masterclasses are conducted for groups up to 25 participants and offer practical, interactive exercises and engagement strategies to maximize learning and enable immediate change.

Mindfulness and Coping with workplace stress: Include research based strategies that help foster mindfulness, overcome distractions, minimize multi-tasking and increase focus at the office. Attendees will be equipped with tools to minimize and re-frame stress, improve self-control and emotional regulation.

Empathy and emotional intelligence at work: Include research-based skills that help foster meaningful relationships, strengthen empathy and trust, improve collaboration, positive communication and create more productive and satisfying experiences at work.

  • Round-tables: Moderated to stimulate debate and encourage discussion around Happiness at Work. Round-tables are conducted for groups up to 10 participants and help create insights and maximize potential.
