BEST BAGS for SUMMER

​Fall is my favorite, but the summer season is definitely the easiest to dress for. I love a dress you can throw on and go (I’ve been wearing this one the most) and the bags are always the cutest!! Adding any more to my wardrobe would be excessive….but that’s not stopping me from rounding up the best bags for summer here, ha.

Raffia // I think this is one of my favorite bucket bags ever. (I mean, the bow as a finishing touch!) It’s such a versatile piece you can use for mom essentials on vacation, on a shopping trip with friends, etc.

Pink Stripes ($20!) // This is a best seller for Target right now! Crossbody bags are *essential* as a mom, and this one couldn’t be better priced. I think the “double stripe” look of this colorway makes it look more elevated, but it does come in two other neutrals I like.

Caning + Bamboo // This is such a quintessential summer bag! Not sure which part I love more– the caned body or bamboo handles. It looks like just the right size for a date night too.

Ric Rac + Wicker // I don’t own as much Vineyard Vines as I once did, but every once in a while I like to peruse the new arrivals. This bag stopped me in my tracks!! Out of all the current trends, ric rac is one of my favorites, and I love it paired with canvas and wicker. The combination is *chef’s kiss* for a summer wardrobe.

Wicker // This is the kind of bag you pull out as soon as the warmer months begin!! As far as styling, I love that you have plenty of options to pair it with.

Crochet ($60!) // What is it about a crochet handbag that immediately reminds me of the farmer’s market?! The canvas interior adds to the vibe, and I don’t hate it. (Side note– I think the seeing the bag on model gives you a better sense of scale than this product shot!)

Gingham ($30!) // Canvas totes are SO versatile. You can use them as beach bags in the summer, use them for groceries the rest of the year, etc. This super cheap option has plenty of pockets inside and out– more than enough space for your water bottle, lip balm, really anything! It’d be so great for moms. Oh, and it also comes in black and a pretty sage!

Navy + White Stripes // I don’t own a ton of designer bags, but this one is pretty reasonably priced and timeless yet also unique? The navy and white stripes make it the perfect summer handbag.

Caning + Leather // As far as shoulder bags go, this one seems to be roomier while still being ideal for more elegant looks. (The leather accents!!)
